CONFERENCE LOCATION
The conference is being held in the Rutgers Law School at the Newark, NJ Campus of Rutgers University. Directions to the School at 123 Washington Street are available by clicking here.

REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fees include general conference materials, training materials/workbooks for 2 workshops per attendee, the Friday reception, Saturday Breakfast and Lunch, and Sunday Breakfast.

Organizational discounts of 25% for each additional attendee are available for organizations with multiple registrants. Additional discounts available if you participate in the poster session

We recognize that the cost of attending this event may present a hurdle for some community organizations. We have limited funds to cover the registration & travel for some attendees. Please send a letter of inquiry, email us, fill out our web-based scholarship form or call 973-353-1852 ext 8

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees at 2 Hotels in downtown Newark. Please make your reservations directly by May 1st and indicate that you are with the "CUCREJ/Environmental Justice Research Conference at Rutgers." You may also reserve your room online by clicking here (use Group Code “CBE”). The rate is $100-$112 for up to four people per room. The block of rooms is reserved until May 1st, 2000. If you must cancel a reservation, please inform the hotel immediately to avoid being charged.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The conference registration deadline is May 1st, 2000. All fees must be received by that date. There will be a late registration fee of $25 after this date. Due to preparation time necessary for workbooks, workbooks are not guaranteed for late registrants.
