    I have realized that the research I did [in the library] was not far from what I do on a daily basis, for myself. I usually walk around with a tiny notebook just in case I find something interesting that I want to remember. I used to keep this little notebook hidden but in my research I learned that other writers use this technique as well. This was very comforting to me...I now proudly walk around with my notebook; if anyone asks about it, I can simply say I'm a writer.
