FIS Online, the electronic version of the Mergent/Moody's Manuals. Dana Library has print volumes from 1901 to present; volumes for the latest year are on Index Table I. (Rutgers-restricted Access) This is probably the best source for company debt and equity issues. With the electronic database, after you select a company, check off Long Term Debt and Capital Stock and then click on the "Submit" button.
Value Line Investment Survey. Dana Library has 1966 to
present; current issues are at the Reference Desk. Previous editions are on microfiche. The Capital Structure is summarized in a box on the left of each company's page.
Many companies now publish their annual report to shareholders on
their corporate Website. Look for links to current reports at the
Investor Relations Information Network or the Annual Report Gallery.
Many more sources of annual reports (including 10-K reports filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) are listed on the Stock and Commodity Exchanges Research Guide.
