- Additionally, you might want to look at Ward's Private Company Profiles, which is two-volume set. (DANA REF HG 4009.W374)

- For corporate filings with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission, Free EDGAR is a Website that is
friendlier than the SEC's EDGAR site. The proxy statements will provide information on compensation for corporate officers and directors.
- The Dana Library has a collection of 10K reports from 1973 to present; as well as annual reports for NYSE and AMEX companies from 1966 to present. These reports are on CD-ROM from 1989 onwards; earlier years are on microfiche.
- Other online sources of annual reports are listed on the
Stock and Commodity Exchanges Guide.
- Corporate reports are also available on demand from
Primark or other vendors.

- The Standard & Poor's Stock Reports (DANA, KLMR Business Reference) and its companion, the more selective S&P Stock Market Encyclopedia, (DANA, KLMR REF HG 4921.S68) provide ten years of stock price (annual high and low) information.
- The Moody's Handbook of Common Stock (CAMDN, DANA, KLMR REF HG 4905.M815) also has stock price (annual price range) information for ten years, covering almost 1,000 firms.
- Annual stock prices for more than 1,500 companies are available in

- Business Rankings Annual and
- Market Share Reporter (both at DANA Reference Desk) serve as indexes to articles that provide rankings and market share information.

- Corporate 500: Directory of Corporate Philanthropy has one to two-page summaries of what and to whom companies give. (DANA Grants Shelf)

- Corporate
Grantmakers on the Internet lists dozens of corporations and corporate
foundations that have a presence on the World Wide Web.

- Marquis' Who's Who in America is the standard source for biographical portraits of prominent living Americans. (ALEX, DANA REF E 663 .W56)
- Marquis also publishes Who's Who in Finance and Industry, which provides biographical data on over 23,000 leaders in business administration, technology, and business-related professions. (DANA REF HF 3023 .A2W5)
- Dun & Bradstreet Reference Book of Corporate Managements lists the officers and directors of over 2,400 U.S. corporations. Includes birth date, college attended, and career history. Arranged by company name with a personal name index. (DANA REF HD2745 .D85)
- Standard & Poor's Register of Corporations, Directors and Executives: Volume 2 of this 3-volume set includes the addresses, education, fraternal memberships, and business affiliations of the major executives of over 27,000 companies. (DANA Reference Desk)
