Old Business

Processing guidelines for New Jersey depository shipments
In the absence of many SDIG members, discussion of this topic was tabled until the next meeting when Bob Lupp will be present. Yvonne Huacuja has sent (via e-mail) some questions about processing and these will be conveyed to Bob.

Core List
The Core List of New Jersey Documents has been converted to an HTML document and added to the DANJ Web page. It has also been added to the GODORT Web page. The Chair will contact Bob Lupp and ask about distribution with the depository shipments. Current DANJ members will also receive a copy as part of their membership benefits. The Chair reported on prices for multiple copies of the Core List. Bob Lupp will need 65 copies for distribution to the depository libraries and Geetali Basu reported that there are currently 42 DANJ members but more are added continuously. It was determined that we would need about 120 copies. Following discussion, it was decided to duplicate and collate the inside pages at Staples, and the Chair will purchase stationary paper and print the covers on a color printer. The Chair will ask the Executive Board to approve funding.

State Document and Internet Site of the Year Nomination Forms
The Chair reported that 65 copies of each form had been sent to Bob Lupp to include with the depository shipments. The Chair had also mailed the forms and a letter directly to 52 state depository libraries in New Jersey. Two nominations have already been received.
